HEALTH & SAFETY

The fitness programs provided here is a form of exercise and each participant should be aware of their own physical and health limitations. As with any type of exercise, it is best that you check with your physician prior to beginning the Program. The fitness program (including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Zumba ® Program and PoundFit® program) incorporates training techniques such as aerobic exercise, muscular strength exercise and interval training. Clients with recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, or other health conditions should first seek clearance from their doctor. If you believe there is a risk to your health by participating in Step Right Studios fitness classes, you must inform the Instructor in writing about this risk. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the Instructor if there is any change to participant information / particulars before commencing the class as this enables the  Instructor to assess your suitability to participate.

COVID SAFETY

Step Right Studios operates under the Dance and Physical Performing Arts Industry Plan to ensure Covidsafe practices throughout our Dance classes. Please DO NOT enter the premises if you are feeling unwell, have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, have come from an identified ‘Hot Spot’ or have been asked to quarantine.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

1.    All participants will respect and cooperate with all instructor's instructions and decisions.
2.    All participants will respect others in class regardless of gender, culture, religion, or ability.
3.    By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you give permission to STEP RIGHT STUDIOS to administer First Aide by a qualified First Aider in the event of first aide being required.
4.    In the unlikely event of an emergency, STEP RIGHT STUDIOS management are permitted to arrange medical/ambulance attention and parents/guardians agree to pay the associated costs.
5.    Waiting Participants are to be respectful if requiring to use amenities while classes are in progress and ensure not to disrupt the class in progress.

PRIVACY POLICY

STEP RIGHT studios will collect certain information about you, such as your name, address, and contact details when you register with us. This information is to ensure we can make contact with participants as necessary. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorized or required by law. Participants’ photos may be used for promotional purposes in STEP RIGHT STUDIOS and STEP RIGHT DANCE advertising, or on flyers or school concert programs, or on our Web Site and STEP RIGHT STUDIOS Social media pages. It is your responsibility to provide updated information such as change of contact number or address.

 

5 CLASS PASS & 10 CLASS PASS

These cards are valid for 3months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes are forfeited after the expiry date. Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 

 

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

Full payment for courses is due prior to course commencement. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or are unable to attend your class due to changes in personal circumstances, work commitments or other reasons beyond our control.
Refunds or the transfers of fees to another term will not be granted under any circumstances except for:

1. Courses cancelled due to student’s ill health can be credited for the remaining value which must be used within 12 months. Alternatively a refund can be provided and a $30.00 administration fee will apply. In order to receive these credits you must give written notice and a medical certificate that confirms that sickness or incapacity. The decision to refund or re-credit will still remain at the discretion of Step Right Studios Management.

CANCELLATIONS AT THE DISCRETION OF STEP RIGHT STUDIOS

Step Right Studios reserves the right to change or cancel a class up to and including the date of the course if sufficient bookings have not been received. In the event of a class or course being altered or cancelled, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates and times. If we are not able to offer a suitable alternative class, a refund will only be granted at the discretion of Step Right Studios Management.

 

CATCH-UP CLASSES

Step Right Studios strongly recommends that you attend all of your booked classes, however in the event that you are unable to attend your enrolled class, a catch-up class may be offered (if available; catch-up classes will not be individually scheduled) as an alternative class of equivalent value. All catch-up classes must be taken in the same term and cannot be transferred / rolled over to another term. We are unable to schedule catch-up classes.

 

DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit fee is required to reserve your space in a course at the time of booking with the balance payable on or before the first day of your course. Deposits paid prior to the commencement of the course are transferrable but not refundable. Until a deposit has been received, we reserve the right to offer the place to another student
