Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates Classes

If your fitness routine has been feeling a little stale, trying a new kind of class can make it feel fresh again. Taking Pilates classes might be a good way to expand your fitness horizons, whether we’re talking about a class done on the mat or on a Pilates reformer.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. 

Mat Pilates, held at our Lae St Studios, is a fun, low impact, group workout that will have your buns and thighs toned in no time.

Our 40-minute instructor-led reformer Pilates classes are low impact but high intensity. Our safe and effective reformer Pilates will have you feeling more toned, flexible and stronger!
